This is to keep price low for you. Other payment methods such as credit card are more expensive due to transaction fee. Which will be paid by you, the customers.

To avoid expectation mismatch, we recommend that you try out one month subscription before buying the yearly subscription. If you are still unhappy, we will refund you the amount less the fee charged by bank/payment gateway. Do note that we will ban customer who abuses the refund policy.

No. You don't have to worry. Bank transfer don't have auto-renew capability. You have to do another bank transfer to renew the subscription.

We are open to build custom features for our BUSINESS plan customers.

These are add-ons. They are not included in default subscription (FREE, PRO, BUSINESS) plans.

Try using it. Don't worry about accidentally using paid features because they are only available to paying customers.
